Ras Malai is made with Rasgulla. You can either use readymade rasgullas or make it yourself. If you want to make Rasgulla please see my recipe for it here: Sherly's Recipes
Allow the Rasgullas to cool. It would taste better if you put it in refrigerator one whole day before putting it in milk syrup.
Method: Boil milk and add rasgullas. Let it cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove rasgullas from milk and reduce the milk to half. Add sugar and cook until it is thicken add chopped nuts and ground cardamoms. Add rasgullas in it. Let it cool and serve it after putting it in refrigerator.
